The counselling psychology service provides a sensitive and non-judgemental service for all kinds of life issues and emotional difficulties. It is not a psychiatric service. Most people, at some stage of their lives will experience emotional difficulty of some kind. It is important to deal with these as early as possible. You can be referred to Psychology Services through your GP or any member of the Primary Care Team.
